Why we raised funds, invested in stock, and set this ambitious goal

Hey! Guillaume here, sharing a short blog post about my big end-of-year objective: 10.000 belts! 

At KAZARTT, the end of the year has always been a crucial time for me. As you may know, my belts make the perfect gift for two main reasons:

  1. Their personality and unique patterns,
  2. The adjustable size of my belts

And every year I see a significant spike in demand around the holiday season.

But last year was a tough lesson: I missed out on a huge opportunity simply because I didn’t have enough stock.

I remember it clearly: customers ready to buy, but my most popular models were sold out. Watching sales slip away because of a lack of stock was frustrating, to say the least. It was a wake-up call. I couldn’t let that happen again.

That’s why, this year, I made the bold decision to raise funds from friends and family to invest in stock. With their support, I’ve been able to prepare like never before. For the first time ever, I have over 12.000 belts ready for this season. This is a huge milestone for me, it’s the most belts I’ve ever produced, and honestly, it feels like stepping into new territory.

My goal? Sell all 10.000 belts by the end of the year.

I won’t lie, this is a massive challenge. The pressure is real, and I’m fully aware that I’ve got a lot riding on this, not just financially, but also personally. The money I’ve raised isn’t just an investment in stock, it’s a vote of confidence from those closest to me. They believe in KAZARTT, and they believe in me, and that makes me both excited and nervous at the same time.

I’m also feeling a deep sense of responsibility. I’ve put everything into this, and I don’t want to disappoint anyone: not my investors, not my customers, and especially not myself. I wake up every day motivated to make this work, and that’s what drives me. It’s more than just selling belts; it’s about proving that I can take KAZARTT to the next level.

And if I succeed—if everything goes according to plan, next year, I’m going to push even further. The goal will be to raise more money to continue expanding the brand. to further horizons. Whether this means new products or new territories.

This year is a stepping stone, and if I hit my target, it will open the door to even bigger things for KAZARTT. I’m already thinking about what’s next, but first, I need to crush this goal.
