Your bank details are processed by Stripe. At KAZARTT, we do not have access to any of your bank details.

As our company is based outside the Euro zone, and our prices are in euros, some of our customers have informed us that bank charges apply to their transaction. If this is your case, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll give you a refund or voucher for your next purchase.
You can also pay via Paypal. When you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the official Paypal website. All you have to do is follow the instructions to make your secure payment.
Your bank details will only be stored in your PayPal account. That’s what makes PayPal payments so secure. At KAZARTT, we do not receive any confidential information. However, we receive your payment within minutes so that your order can be processed as quickly as possible.

Bancontact is not accepted
Watch out! Many of you have placed an order with Bancontact. The payment gateway we use, Stripe, does not return any errors. The payment goes through and your account is debited. However, your order has not been placed: you do not receive any confirmation e-mail and we do not receive the order either. No need to panic. You are automatically reimbursed within 24 hours. And you can place your order again using any of the accepted payment methods.
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we invite you to create your account on our site and add the desired products to your basket. Then contact us by phone on +34 691 72 79 64 or by e-mail (email@example.com) and we’ll finalize your order together.
The order will be processed and dispatched as soon as payment is received.
