Delivery times
We ship from Belgium or France, depending on our stock.
Any order placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day. Any order placed after 1pm will be shipped the day after.
Depending on the delivery method you choose when placing your order, as well as the country to which your parcel will be sent, delivery may take from 1 to 7 working day(s).
In the event that one of the products in your order is not available in stock, and after you have been informed of this during the purchasing process, the product in question must first be manufactured. As you know, we work with craftsmen and place the highest priority on the quality of our products. The entire parcel will only be sent once all products are available.
Delivery Methods
You can enter a delivery address different from the billing address.
We work with several partners: GLS, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Delivengo.
Delivery is made under the responsibility of the carrier.
It is the end customer’s responsibility to check that the parcel received corresponds to the order placed. In the event of an anomaly or error, we ask our customers to let us know as soon as possible so that we can do everything necessary to put things right.
Claim for non-receipt of parcel
We invite our customers to contact us if, after a reasonable period of time following dispatch of the parcel, it has not been delivered and received.

We will do our utmost to ensure that the parcel is delivered as quickly as possible or that a refund is made in the event that the parcel cannot be delivered to you.
Cancellation
If, after placing your order, you wish to cancel it before it is dispatched, please contact us. As parcels are dispatched as quickly as possible, and sometimes on the same day, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid, including postage.
Although the refund will be made immediately, banking entities may require additional time to complete the transfer.
Return policy
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to return it, without having to give any reason and without incurring any costs, with the exception of shipping costs (as mentioned above), which will be borne by the customer.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, i.e. in perfect condition and, of course, it must not be damaged, nor show irrefutable proof of use that would prevent subsequent sale of the same product.
Procedures
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days and must contact KAZARTT by email or telephone.
The communication must contain the following information:
- Identifying information: full name and address
- The order number that appears on the invoice sent with the item purchased
- Description of assets acquired
- Your wish to renounce the sales contract
- Communication date
If you send your application by non-electronic means (e.g. post), it must be signed and dated.
We will contact the customer as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of the return request, and will provide details of the procedure to be followed.
From the date on which you communicate your decision to cancel the contract, you have 14 calendar days to return the purchased product to KAZARTT in perfect condition, together with a copy of the invoice.

Once the product has been received, KAZARTT will refund the customer.
We offer the delivery. But it's not free!
Under certain conditions, we offer you the delivery. But under no circumstances is delivery free of charges. While this nuance may seem subtle at first glance, it actually hides a fundamental truth about online business. There is always someone paying for it.
