When it comes to our belts at KAZARTT, we believe in creating products that stand the test of time. Our recent collaboration with Catherine from Gomess Studio was no different. We wanted to showcase our belts in a way that reflected their craftsmanship and durability, and Catherine's expertise was the perfect match.

The Collaboration

Our collaboration started back in 2021. I met Catherine in person while in Barcelona, and she took care of the product pictures of the belts. It's not an easy task: the placement of the products, the reflection on the buckle metal, the small pictograms need to be visible. I was amazed by the results! The products looked super professional.

After some conversations, we decided to renew this collaboration, but this time for a lifestyle shooting. She shot the pictures that we used for Christmas 2023. Catherine’s studio provided the perfect setting for this creative endeavor. With her keen eye for detail and an innate understanding of our brand values, Catherine brought our belts to life through her lens.

The Results

The outcome of this collaboration was nothing short of spectacular. The photographs not only highlight the elegance and versatility of our belts but also underscore the importance of investing in quality. Working with Catherine was a great and smooth experience. Her meticulous approach to photography ensured that every shot captured the essence of our belts. From the texture of the leather to the intricate details of the designs, her photos tell a story of quality and craftsmanship.

Catherine's preparation work was thorough and impressive. She carefully selected several models that would best represent our brand's image and values. She also scouted and prepared multiple locations in advance, ensuring that each setting would complement the aesthetic we aimed to achieve. Catherine even created mood boards to visualize the shoot, detailing everything from lighting to wardrobe, which made the entire process seamless.

On a personal level, I have to admit that I currently have quite a lot on my plate. I moved to Bogotá, Colombia two months ago. At the same time, I have acquired two new big clients with my digital agency, which require a lot of work. In parallel, with KAZARTT, we are actively preparing for Christmas already. And of course, I am also preparing for the arrival of my first baby, who arrives in a few weeks, and I can't wait to meet her.

Therefore, I honestly don't have much time to dive into the details, select the models, create mood boards, define the locations for the shooting, etc. And this is the reason I love to work with Catherine. She takes this project to heart and makes sure that every detail is planned in advance.
