No Black Week at KAZARTT: Here’s Why

No Black Week at KAZARTT: Here’s Why

Every year, when Black Week approaches, promotions pop up everywhere — aggressive discounts, sales starting earlier and earlier…

But this year, I decided to do the opposite.

Not because I’m against promotions. Not because KAZARTT is “above” all that. And not because I want to join an anti–Black Friday movement.

No.

The real reason is much simpler… and much more honest.

We have limited stock… truly limited

KAZARTT is not an industrial brand.

We don’t produce tens of thousands of pieces in a factory line.

Our belts are crafted in Spain, in small batches, with a level of quality that takes time — and costs money.

And this year, several models are already out of stock before Black Week even begins.

So let’s be honest for a moment:

Why discount products that are already selling at their natural pace?

Taking part in Black Week while stock is limited simply doesn’t make sense.

It’s even the opposite of what I want for this brand. KAZARTT was created as a house that offers durable, carefully crafted pieces — not a product to be slashed for one week a year.

I prefer to reward the people who support the brand all year long

I say it often, but KAZARTT exists because of you.

Not because of ads, not because of promos, but because of the people who follow the adventure month after month, year after year.

So instead of launching a public promotion, I chose another approach: offering a discount exclusively to my newsletter subscribers.

Why you?

Because you are the ones who chose to be here — to read, to follow the story, to discover the backstage moments, sometimes to reply, sometimes to encourage.

You are the closest to the brand.

This is my way of saying THANK YOU.

An artisanal model, not an industrial one

When I say stock is limited, it’s not a marketing trick.

It’s the reality of how we produce.

Between high-quality leather, manufacturing in Spain, checking every piece, and keeping quantities small to preserve quality (and avoid waste), we simply don’t operate like big brands.

And there's beauty in that constraint:

Every belt is designed, crafted, and assembled with intention.

But it also means KAZARTT can't join the price-war race.

And honestly… I prefer it that way.

Staying true to my values

Skipping Black Week is also staying true to what I want to build:

A brand that takes its time, respects its product, its craftsmanship, and its customers.

A brand that values quality over quantity.

Rarity over volume.

A privileged relationship over mass promotion.

So… no Black Week?

Not for the general public.

Not this year.

But a surprise?

Yes! A discreet offer, reserved for those who follow the adventure closely.

Those who believe in KAZARTT, even when I’m handling stock shortages.

You are the real KAZARTT community.

And for you, yes, there is something this week.

Thank you for your support, your loyalty, your messages.

See you very soon!
